The Lawyer Avv. Aurora Visentin graduated with honors from the “Università degli Studi” of Milan in 2003. She is a Member of the Milan Court since 2006 and of the Paris Court since 2011.Avv. Visentin is also a member of the fiduciary lawyers of the  Italian General Consulate  in Paris.

He has developed an important experience in the field of drafting of employment contracts, collective dismissals, managerial contracts and Directors’ liabilities, protection of competition, business transfers, site closures, restructuring, staff reduction processes and due diligence activities .

Avv. Aurora Visentin is the author of numerous texts on Italian administrative and civil law and essays on European law and comparative law. He also intervenes frequently at conferences and seminars on these matters.
