Avvocato Daniele Speranzini graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Bologna.
He is a registered member of the Rome Bar association and the Criminal Chamber of Milan.
He has collaborated with some of the leading Italian law firms in the field of the criminal law (Such as the Prof. Carlo Taormina’s Law firm in Rome and the lawyers Saponara and Nardo Law Firm in Milan).
He has been an assistant professor of Law and Criminal Procedure at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
In 2013 he was appointed as programme coordinator – on behalf of the Partner San Patrignano – within the European Project STREAM (“Tackling recidivism strategically through assessment and measurement”) in collaboration with NOMS (National Offender Management Service , NOMS) (UK) and other European institutions and Universities such as the Montfort University (UK), the Cambridge University (UK), the Institute of Criminology (UK) and the Sheffield University (UK).
He is included in the list of trustee lawyers of the Milan Local Health Authority (ASL) for the legal defense of the staff and the company in the criminal proceedings.
In the field of the criminal law, Avv. Speranzini carries out, on behalf of private individuals and companies, both defensive assistance activities, in courts, throughout the whole national territory, and extrajudicial consulting activities, especially with reference to environmental, corporate, tax, bankruptcy and medical liability crimes.
With regard to the administrative liability of entities pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, he deals with the drafting of organizational and control models for national and multinational companies, also providing out-of-court advice and legal assistance to other entities.
For Italian and multinational companies he is a member of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He is co-founder and partner of MMSLEX – Società Tra Avvocati srl.
