The lawyer Enrico Piccione deals with civil and commercial law, both domestic and international, with a specific focus on relations between Italy and France.

He provides accompaniment and legal assistance to Italian investments in France – towards the Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur – and French investments in Italy, in the context of extraordinary corporate transactions as well as real estate investments.

Mr. Piccione also works in the field of business contracts: commercial leases, sales, general conditions of sale, supply and provision of services, contracts, transport, and civil and commercial litigation, as well as in the enforcement of Italian court decisions in France and French court decisions in Italy.

He has been registered with the Milan law court since 2006 and with the Nice law court since 2016.

Jointly with lawyer Culioli, he runs the Nice law firm, where he assists Italian companies in need of legal advice in France.
