Curriculum

Raynaud deals with company law as well as company’s multi-jurisdictional trade disputes, at both domestic and international level. He provides advice to companies in drafting national and international contracts.
He gained a significant experience in the management of trade disputes, especially those concerning the breach of trade relationships, of agency agreements, counterfeiting of trademarks and copyright. He also deals with unfair competition, in particular in the case of breach of organisation by a competitor, or violation of a non-competition clause.
Raynaud is also involved in the matter of mountain law, advising and assisting his clients in matters related to the management of ski resorts and ski lifts.
He is regularly asked for advice in real-estate law, in matters concerning the realtor mandate, lease agreements (payments of rentals, resolution, renewal, allowances, rental value assessment) as well as in technical verification procedures (construction of buildings, technical verification in industry sector).
He is also specialized in managing insolvency proceedings as well as in company criminal law in order to guarantee the defence of companies and managers in matters concerning their criminal liability. In particular this is in relation with failure to fulfil an obligation of health and safety in the workplace or related to environmental law.
