Fiore is member of the Rome Bar Association and deals with criminal law with a specialization in economic crimes (in tax matters) and environmental law.

Moreover, he provides advice and assistance in matters of administrative responsibility of legal entities in accordance with the D.Lgs 231/2001. He is responsible for the operational team for the legal conformity assessment of the company organisation and activity and the realisation of organisational models and corporate responsibility.

He is member of supervisory bodies according to D.Lgs 231/2011.

Fiore is actually cooperating with the Specialisation school for legal professions related to criminal procedure in the European University of Rome, with Professor Carlo Bonzano.

Furthermore, he is a researcher at the Università degli Studi di “Tor Vergata”, department of public law “Systemic resolution for the professionalization of the judicial investigation”
