The Lawyer Avv. Stefania Briganti graduated cum laude at the “Università degli Studi” of Milan in 2008 with a thesis on commercial criminal law entitled “The liability resulting from crime of collective bodies and the culpable crimes related to accidents at work”.

She is a lawyer registered in the Milan Court since 2011.

From the beginning of his career Avv. Briganti has broad experience in labour law and industrial relationships, has collaborated with leading international firms (Dla Piper, Studio HELP – Persiani, Eversheds – Sutherland) and has a well-established  experience in legal assistance in every aspect related to personnel Management .

Avv. Briganti offers her clients, Italian and foreign, advice in the areas of labour law, trade union law, social security, as well as in relation to agency agreements, procurement contracts, confidentiality and protection of intellectual property, safety at work and compliance, including the revision and updating of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
