Curriculum

Ugo Birchen’s practice focuses on International and European law, civil and commercial litigation and white collar crime.

Enrolled in the Paris Bar School, Ugo Birchen holds a Master in International and European Law (Nancy Law School), for which he wrote a thesis on “The liability of transnational corporations for human rights or environmental violations in their supply chains”. He also holds two University Diplomas in criminal business law (Faculty of Law of Nancy) and in arbitration (University of Montpellier).

Before joining MMSLEX in Milan, Ugo Birchen interned at the French National Financial Prosecutor’s Office and worked in arbitration and international litigation teams of Anglo-Saxon firms in Paris.
