Carlo Lorenzo Gallelli, lawyer with Italian and French citizenship, has been working with the Civil and Corporate Law Department of MMSLex since November 2022.
His practice focuses particularly on judicial and extrajudicial assistance in debt collection and international enforcement, real estate law, compensation for damages, and insurance law.
In 2016, he graduated in Law from the University of Milan-Bicocca.
After an internship at the Court of Milan (III Civil Sec.) and legal practice in a leading law firm specializing in Civil and Insurance Law, in 2021 he got his Bar Association exam in Milan (2020 exam session). In the same year, he obtained a master’s degree in IT Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna, defending a thesis entitled “Civil liability arising from the unlawful and automated processing of personal data through AI systems.”
He is a lecturer of Institutions of Private Law at the Catholic University of Milan, with which he actively collaborates, as well as a member of the Digital Forensics Alumni Association.
