Curriculum

Liliana La Farina, lawyer, has graduated in magna cum laude 2002 in Law at the University of Palermo discussing a thesis in Financial Law.

She did a period of study at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland), in the course of which she deepened his knowledge also with reference to common law systems.

She has been a member of the Bar Association first in Palermo and currently in Milan since 2005.

She has collaborated with some leading international law firms in Milan (DLA Piper, Watson Farley &Williams, Munari Cavani) – with a parentheses as a corporate lawyer (Trussardi Spa and Virgin Active Italia SpA)  – dealing with various issues relating to corporate law with particular reference to commercial contracts, international inheritance law, family law and the privacy-compliance sector, subsequently specialising in extrajudicial assistance in commercial contracts, inheritance law and data protection and compliance with the GDPR.

She provides out-of-court and in-court assistance to the firm’s clients in national and international corporate contractual matters, with particular reference to commercial leases, general terms and conditions of sale, contracts for the provision of services and intellectual work, agency and distribution contracts, and tender contracts, as well as advising on corporate compliance and succession matters in national and cross-border contexts.

She has been a member of the Arbitration Chamber of Palermo since 2008.
